It is designed to study the steadiness of human hand, and is useful for researchers in the field of Physiology, Psychology and Pharmacology for the above studies related to drug or other human conditions affecting the steadiness. It is also useful for the training of the subjects.
Five holes of different size for passing the probe through. The total duration during which the probe touches the sides of the hole is presented on a 4-digital chronoscope. Trial time can be selected from 5 to 45 sec in steps of 5 seconds.
It is most handy electronics apparatus consisting of various Time-setting and different size of Circular holes to evaluate the error time of a subject.

One side of the apparatus - The Experimenter Side consists of: -
A four figure Electronic Digital Timer to display the error in increments of 1/100 seconds.
The Trial Time selector control to set the time period from 5 to 50 seconds in steps of 5 second.
Timer’s controls - Set -Period, Start and Stop control knobs and buttons.
Reset to Zero control.
Power ON - OFF Switch.
The other side - The Subject’s Side contains: -
A probe, having a tip of about 1.5 mm. in diameter and connecting wire.
A set of Circular Holes - having diameter of 4, 5, 6, 7.5,10.5 mm.
Housed in a sturdy metal enclosure of approximate dimensions 30 x 20 x 15 cm dully painted, which also acts as screen.
